Engagement lifecycle
Expert witness work begins with conflict review, a defined assignment, identification of relevant questions, and an assessment of available information. Financial models and forensic findings are developed from documented evidence, transparent assumptions, and methods appropriate to the issues in dispute.
Reports, rebuttal analysis, and testimony
Engagements may include consultation on discovery, preparation of analytical exhibits, written reports, deposition testimony, trial testimony, and evaluation of opposing expert methodologies. The objective is not advocacy for a preferred result but a clear explanation of what the evidence reasonably supports, including material limitations.
Reliability and professional independence
Methods should be sufficiently described to permit meaningful review and, where feasible, replication. Relevant source records, calculations, alternative scenarios, and contradictory evidence should be considered. The applicable admissibility framework and disclosure obligations are determined by the jurisdiction and proceeding, with legal decisions reserved to counsel and the court.
Provide a brief, non-confidential description of the matter and the type of analysis required.
